Hi! I’m Sondra, a travel and lifestyle content creator based in Indianapolis, and the face behind @whereissondra on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
I launched @whereissondra on January 1, 2024, as a passion project and creative outlet. After years of managing social media and influencer marketing for brands, I decided to turn the camera around and start creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, and travel guides) featuring the restaurants, local events, and destinations I already loved around Indiana and the Midwest.
Thanks to my background in social media strategy and content marketing, I knew how to create engaging, high-performing content, and now I get to do it for myself and the places that inspire me.
Today, I work with brands, tourism boards, and local businesses to create content that drives real engagement and builds community. While Indianapolis is my home base (and the star of most of my feed), I’ve also created content in California, Utah, Michigan, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Kentucky, and I have upcoming international travel collaborations planned for 2025–2026.
